Calculator inputs

Everything you type into the calculator, including the home price and deposit, is processed in your browser. Inputs are not sent to or stored on our servers. If you use the "copy link" button, your inputs are encoded in the URL you copy, and anyone you share that link with can see them.

The site is served by Vercel, which may log IP addresses and request metadata for security and operations under its own privacy policy.
